Catman Jobs are currently recruiting a Category Manager for a branded group in the North West.

The Business

A brand with strong values, long heritage, recognition within the category and endless scope to drive further growth either within the category or using the brand to leverage entry to new categories. Innovation and changing consumer trends have reinvigorated this category within the retailer and an increasingly conscious shopper and retailer have made way for new levels of ranging possibilities and New Product Development.

The Role

Through unprecedented growth in recent years and a significant uplift in activity for the Category team they are now looking for an exceptional Category Manager capable of hitting the ground running with two major customers.

The Individual

You must be an established category manager with customer facing experience in a traditional FMCG environment. Culture fit will be as important as technical fit and therefore you must be able to operate in an environment that is as fast paced and dynamic as any at the top of their game whilst holding on to the family values instilled from above.
