The Business

The Role

As part of this growth the team now seeks a Junior Category Manager to support the commercial and marketing teams across their major retailers. Immediately this will entail significant project work in understanding the product dynamics that create loyalty within their market.

The Individual

You will have an analytical head on your shoulders which comes with excellent excel skills and a personality to go with it which will give you the ability to deliver comprehensive category rationales at the highest level as you progress through the business. Having exposure to shopper, consumer and retailer data such as Kantar, Neilson, IRI and EPOS will ensure you hit the ground running and make this role a springboard to more responsibility within the team.

The Opportunity

As you develop your role will evolve into a more customer facing category advisory role with all of the top UK multiple retailers.
